What does it mean to you that "your body is a temple" (1 Cor 6:19-20)? How are we to "honour God with [our] body"? Does that mean no sex out of marriage? Don't be drunk? Don't drink? Don't smoke? Don't be a glutton? Does it mean we should never eat anything unhealthy? Or always eat organic? Exercise three times a week? What does it mean, and how are you living up to your own definition?

I think it has the connotaions of taking care of our bodies that you mentioned, but also a sense of pride/enjoyment we should have with our bodies. They have worth, value, beauty, purpose. When you look at how the physical temple was respected in the OT, it seems awful the way we feel and think about our bodies.
As for the other things - eating organic, avoiding things that harm our bodies, I think that's just good sense. The more we stay away from toxic foods the better we feel and the longer we live.
I don't really think about it to much. I think that verse has been used as a battering ram so many times that I just prefer to stay away from it.
